who this is for
lowercase os is the operating tool for west10west. access is by invitation only, for people who work for or with the restaurant. by signing in you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not sign in.
your account
your login is yours alone. do not share it, lend it, or leave a signed-in device where someone else can use it. tell ryan@west10west.com straight away if you think it has been used by anyone else. access can be changed or withdrawn at any time, and ends when your work with the restaurant ends.
what you may not do
you may not copy, download, scrape, export, photograph or otherwise reproduce the software, its screens, its data model or its logic, except as your work here requires. you may not reverse engineer it, probe it, or attempt to reach any part of it you have not been given access to. you may not use anything you learn from it to build, help build, or improve a competing product or service, for yourself or for anyone else.
who owns it
the software, including its code, design, copy, data model and workflows, is owned by reynolds holdings llc and licensed to west10west for the running of the restaurant. it is proprietary and confidential. nothing in these terms, and nothing about your use of it, transfers any right in it to you.
what you see is confidential
sales, payroll, schedules, guest details, vendor pricing, recipes and everything else inside the tool is the restaurant's confidential information. keep it inside the house. guest information is handled as described on the privacy page, and you agree to handle it the same way.
what we record
sign-ins, the pages you open and the changes you make are logged with your account, so the floor can see who did what. that record belongs to the restaurant.
the small print
the tool is provided as is. we do our best to keep it right and running, but we do not promise it will be. these terms are governed by the laws of the state of new york. they may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and signing in after a change is agreeing to it.
